Promotions
By participating in any of our promotions you agree to the terms and conditions.
1. Entry into a competitions and prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 or over.
2. Employees of Hanoi Haven Restaurant and their immediate families, associated suppliers, retailers or companies associated are ineligible to enter.
3.Winners are chosen by random draw using random selection. The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided). If the winner cannot be contacted by Hanoi Haven within 7 days of Hanoi Haven’s first attempt of notifying the winner of his or her win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Hanoi Haven will be entitled to select another winner. Hanoi Haven shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control.
4. The prizes will be delivered to the winner within 14 days of the winner being notified of their win. Hanoi Haven’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prizes cannot be split into parts and used on separate dates or be refunded or transferred. Any remaining or unused credit cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
6. Hanoi Haven reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. Hanoi Haven reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw our promotions at any time without further notice.
7. Hanoi Haven may collect personal information, about entrants to enable entrants to participate in any promotions.
8. By entering any promotions, the entrant agrees to receive promotion material from Hanoi Haven.
9. By entering our promotions, the entrant acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook/Instagram. See our Privacy Policy.
Gift Voucher & Special Offer Terms and Conditions
Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Special offers have a specific usage period, as detailed on the offer itself.
Non-Exchangeable: Gift vouchers and special offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Single Use: Each gift voucher and special offer has a unique code and can only be redeemed once.
Offer Specificity: Special offers are only valid for the specific goods or services advertised in the offer.
Non-Combinable: Special offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated by Hanoi Haven.
Customer Responsibility: Gift vouchers and special offers are the sole responsibility of the holder. Hanoi Haven is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers or offers.
Pricing: All purchases are billed in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Gifting: Gift vouchers and special offers are intended for personal use and gifting but cannot be resold. Refunds for any issues with redemption will only be provided to the original purchaser.
